WE ARE OFFERING PAY-PER-SESSION

DESCRIPTION: THE RISING STARS PROGRAM WILL CONSIST OF FUNDAMENTAL TRAINING, CONDITIONING, AND ALL BASIC SKILLS NEEDED FOR VOLLEYBALL BEGINNERS. ATHLETES IN THIS PROGRAM CAN EXPECT TO DO VARIOUS COACH-INITIATED DRILLS AND BE INTRODUCED TO DIFFERENT STYLES OF SCRIMMAGE PLAY. THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO ENSURE ATHLETES GAIN A BETTER UNDERSTANDING AND GRASP OF HOW TO PLAY VOLLEYBALL WHILE HAVING FUN!
