Are programs open to non-members?

  • Yes! All athletes are welcome to join our programs. From beginner to advanced players, new to returning members, our programs are available to all athletes interested in volleyball. Our mission for programs is to provide a space for all athletes of any experience, background, and club history to advance their volleyball skills.

Do I need to participate in programs to be considered for a spot on a team?

  • Not at all! Participation in programs is not required to be considered for a club team. Programs are solely meant for skill development and advancement. However, programs are a great opportunity for athletes to experience UC Elite and meet our coaching staff prior to tryouts for their club season.

How do I know if spots are still available?

  • Spots are still available if the listing to register is still available on the website and sessions are still remaining.

A program has already started, can I still join?

  • Yes! Programs with multiple sessions will always be open until spots are filled. Rates are prorated throughout the program.

My player missed a session, can we make it up?

  • We unfortunately do not offer make up sessions due to facility scheduling and coach’s availability.

Can we try out a program before purchasing a spot?

  • We do not offer trial sessions. Requests to observe programs and clinics are available. Please email ucelite.programs@gmail.com if interested in spectating!

How do I know which program is best for my player?

  • Programs are open to all players interested in advancing their volleyball skills. Most programs are open to players of all skill levels. Beginner level programs are recommended for athletes with 0 to 2 years of club experience. Advanced level programs are recommended for athletes with 2 to 3 or more years of club experience. UC Elite also reserves the right to move athletes between programs based on their skill level and performance.

When are programs held?

  • Programs during club seasons are typically held on the weekends during our business hours. Summer camps will be held on weekdays during our business hours.

How long do sessions run for and what will my athlete be doing during these sessions?

  • Sessions are typically 2 hours long and athletes will be active throughout the entire duration. Programs look to incorporate fundamental training drills and conditioning to improve all athletes’ skills sets.

This is my child’s first volleyball program, what can I do to prepare them?

  • Welcome! Please have your child dressed in comfortable athletic attire and proper tennis shoes. For safety reasons, please have your child remove any jewelry, watches, or hats. We also recommend they bring a water bottle and snack if needed.
